Those Pesky Rumors About Nicole Richie Aren't Going Away

Those pesky pregnancy rumors that have been swirling around Nicole Richie for the last month just won't go away.

TMZ is reporting that they have second-hand verification that Richie and boyfriend Joel Madden are expecting a baby later this year. The couple have been dating for six months and will reporedly wed later this summer.

In related news, Richie's trial for driving under the influence is scheduled to begin on July 11th. If found guilty, she faces a minimum of five days in jail if convicted and will receive no special treatment if she is expecting.

Richie's reps are not commenting on the pregnancy rumors at all.
