After three years of rumors that Sex & the City would be turned into a film, the long-awaited film version is scheduled to start filming this fall.The series stars, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon, are all set to reprise their roles.
The series executive producer Michael Patrick King penned the script and is set to direct.
The film was close to happening two years ago, but reportedly got scrapped after Cattrall started making extra demands. A deal has now been worked out with Cattrall and she's ready to start filming.
“I’m hoping that we’ll be hitting the street soon in our high heels!” Cattrall says.
