Nicole is heading to the jail -- for four days.Richie pleaded guilty to DUI and will serve four days in jail as well as a three-year probation term and enroll in an alcohol education program. She must complete her jail time by September 28 and may serve her time in either a paid city jail or county jail.
Richie arrived on the arm of boyfriend, Joel Madden, wearing a loose-fitting black dress.
