ER's Goran Visnjic Admits to Affair

ER star Goran Visnjic has admitted to having an extramarital affair and has agreed to take a paternity test to see if he's the father of the woman's 4-month-old daughter.

Visnjic is being sued by Mirela Rupic who claims the actor is the child's father.

"[The affair] is not something that I'm proud of, of course," Visnjic tells a Croatian women's magazine. "But I am ready to accept all the consequences of my act."

Visnjic and wife Ivana Vrdoljak adopted a son named Tin earlier this spring.

Visnjic tells the magazine that it was a one-time occurence that he remembers nothing from the night in question because of alcohol and jet lag.

If proven to be the child's father, Visnjic says he will pay child support but will not seek custody of the baby.
