A judge has ruled that Anne Heche may keep some of the furniture and lines from her marital home. The ruling includesa footstool, a blue painted chest, pillows from Bali, yellow armchair, floor lamp and pink bedding that Heche removed from the home earlier this month.. The ruling comes as part of the the bitter divorce battle between the Men in Trees star and her estranged husband Coley Laffoon.
Laffoon complained that Heche removed the items without his knowledge or permission. Heche responded that she needed some items for her home in Canada where she resides while filming her ABC show.
The items the actress removed were reportedly all purchased prior to the couple's marriage.
