Skating with Celebrities star Kristy Swanson who was arrested late Saturday night in Kingston, Ontario, for allegedly assaulting Marcia O'Brien, the ex-wife of Swanson's companion Lloyd Eisler has counter filed an assault claim against O'Brien.According to her representative Michael Sands, "At 11 a.m. [EDT] Kristy went back to the police station and filed charges against Marcia O'Brien."
Swanson claims O'Brien attacked her in front of Eisler and O'Brien's children. The altercation allegedly occurred when Swanson and Eisler arrived at O'Brien's home with their 4-month old son, Magnus, to to pick up his two other sons, ages 3 and 1, for a Father's Day visit.
Eisler and O'Brien are currently engaged in a custody battle over the children.
