The Woman Suing Chris Rock Is Not Sure He's the Dad

The woman who claims Chris Rock is the father of her 13-year-old son admits that she's not sure that he's the father of the child.

Kali Bowyer filed court papers in Bulloch County in March claiming the comedian is her son's father and requesting a DNA test.

"If I were 100 percent positive, I would not have requested a DNA test. I would have gone to the lawyers and courts for (a) child support order," Bowyer tells the Statesboro Herald. "It's hard enough for a parent of any child to seek such a test, let alone someone in the public eye."

Rock has acknowledged that the two had a relationship and is willing to submit to the DNA test.

If proven to be the dad, Rock "desires to contribute to the support, maintenance and education" of the boy if according to papers filed by Rock's attorney.
