Larry Birkhead's former lawyer, Debra Opri, hasn't collected for her work in his paternity case for daughter Dannielynn.Opri is seeking to force binding arbitration under the terms of the contract Birkhead signed for her to represent him relating to his paternity case against Anna Nicole Smith and Howard K. Stern.
Opri says her work on the case was "extensive, entailed hundreds of hours of work" and required her to travel to multiple states and outside the country. The lawsuit does not specify a dollar amount.
It was revealed last month that Birkhead was the father of Anna Nicole's daughter Dannielynn.
Larry has finally got paternity of his daughter after 9 months {he missed out on the 1st 9 months}. Debra Opri overcharged, however I hope that Larry will finalize a reduced bill in the near future. Most importantly will be the Inquests of Danniel and ANS which will prove "someone" gave them DRUGS!!!I HOPE CHARGES ARE LAID!!!
