David Hasselhoff regained his parental rights on Monday after he agreed to alcohol testing three times per week. The actor was temporarily blocked from seeing daughters Taylor-Ann, 17, and Hayley, 15, after a drunken video of the actor was released earlier this month.The actor and ex-wife Pamela Bach have reverted back to their original joint custody agreement.
