Britney Spears Gives Short Comeback Performance

Britney Spears hit the stage last night for the first time in nearly three years. The star performed a short, sexy set at the House of Blues in San Diego.

The 25-year-old mom of two performed late last night wearing knee-high go-go boots with a short denim skirt, a sparkly pink bra top, and a white fur shrug. She topped it off with a long brown wig.

She started the set with her classic "Baby One More Time," surrounded by four backup dancers. She went on to sing several other selctions from her earlier albums and wrapped the entire performance up in less than 15 minutes.

The performance itself was shrouded in mystery with ticketholders not even sure who was performing. Once rumors of Britney's first comeback performance hit last week, audience members snatched up the tickets paying upward of $125 a ticket.

Spears' last concert tour ended in summer 2004.

Britney has two more shows scheduled under the stage name, "The M&Ms", this week. One in Anaheim on Wednesday and the other Thursday in West Hollywood.
