Anne Heche has fired back at her ex-husband, Coley Laffoon, in their divorce case claiming her husband only desires porn, poker and money.Heche blasts Laffoon's claim to being a full-time stay-at-home dad and says that he actually leaves their 5-year-old son Homer "with nannies and babysitters while he plays ping-pong, backgammon and poker and views pornography online.
"He holds a poker game at his home every Thursday night and allows Homer to participate," the Men in Trees star responded in a Los Angeles Superior Court filing.
Heche has requested that the judge grant her sole legal and physical custody of their son. She also asked the court to give Laffoon visitation privileges and to deny his request for support.
In his court filing last week, Laffoon said that Heche demonstrates "bizarre and delusional behavior."
"I have serious concerns about whether she is psychologically capable of caring for Homer for an extended period of time,” says Laffoon.
Laffoon is seeking primary custody of Homer and at least $33,000 a month in support. Laffoon is a former videographer, who says he quit his job to take care of Homer.
In his court papers, Laffoon claims that he is entitled to child and spousal support "in the amount sufficient to maintain the marital standard of living and child support consistent with (Heche's) income."
