Anne Heche and her estranged husband, Coley Laffoon, have reached a temporary custody arrangement for their 5-year-old son.
For now, the couple will have shared custody and Homer will reside back and forth every few days in Los Angeles. The arrangement will go until July 22nd when Lafoon will bring Homer to Vancouver to spend the summer with Heche while she films her series, Men in Trees.
In addition to the custody arrangement, the couple has agreed to stop bad-mouthing each other in front of Homer.
In the new court documents, both sides agree that Heche will pay Laffoon $19,000 in support for the month of May. Down from the $45,000 he had originally requested.
The couple are scheduled back in court for mediation on June 5 and for a hearing on June 11.
