As Matt Lauer sets of to begin his annual "Where in the World is Matt Lauer?" series for NBC's Today show, he leaves behind his wife and three kids - Jack, 5, Romy, 3, and Thijs, 5 months. The one thing he wishes for the annual excursion is that he could bring his family along for the experiences. He says: "The first two years, my wife came with me. But not since we had kids. I miss that. How many couples can say they were at Mt. Everst?"
