Elle Macpherson is a very successful model and businesswoman, and admits to working hard to keep the balance between her work and her family. The former model keeps herself busy with a new lingerie line, a swimwear collection in development, and an expanding cosmetic line.
Despite her very busy schedule, her sons, Flynn, 9, and Aurelius Cy, 7, come first for this busy mom.
"I don't always get the balance right, but I try," says the London-based Macpherson.
"I'm very organized and as long as I pick up my sons and spend as much time with them, that's when I am happiest."
