Angelina Jolie has officially filed papers to adopt a child in Vietnam according to the country's top adoption official. The director of Vietnam's International Adoption Agency has confirmed to the AP that an American adoption agency representing Jolie had submitted the paperwork.
"She just filed the papers this week," Vu Duc Long said.
