Madonna's Carseat Controversy

Madonna has sparked her very own carseat controversy after the singer failed to properly restrain her 17-month-old son David in her vehicle.

The incident in question occured on March 2nd following services at the Kabbalah Centre in Los Angeles when Madonna and husband Guy Ritchie loaded their three children into their Escalade sport-utility vehicle and headed for home. An eye-witness tells Us Weekly, "There was no car seat. (Madonna) sat in the middle row, and they left with David on her lap."

The next day, Madonna reportedly drove off while sitting in the middle of the backseat of her vehicle with son Rocco not properly secured next to her.

A rep for the singer denies the claims, saying, "Proper security measures are always taken for Madonna's children.
