Is Madonna's Nanny Going to Tell All?

Rumor has it that a former nanny for Madonna and Guy Ritchie is shopping around a tell-all book about the star and her family.

The proposal being shopping around to select publishers reportedly includes juicy details about the singer's marriage, children, devotion to Kabbalah, and decision to adopt David Banda from Malawi last year.

The documents which include sample chapters, photos of the family, and a copy of an unsigned nondisclosure agreement that the nanny claims was issued to her after she'd resigned her position with the family.
