Gwyneth Paltrow has been told that she needs to put on some weight if she wants to play Marlene Dietrich in a film about the entertainer's life. Dietrich's daughter Maria Riva has said that Gwyneth and many of her fellow actresses are just too skinny to star as her mother.
"I think Gwyneth will need some helpings of good old apple pie and plenty of ice cream!" she said.
