Whitney Houston wants to speed up her divorce from Bobby Brown. The singer requested a default judgment in a document filed on December 28th in Orange County Superior Court.
The document also indicated that there are "no issues of division of community property" in the divorce.
Houston is asking for custody of the couple's 13-year-old daughter, Bobbi Kristina, with Brown being allowed visitation rights.
