Howard K Stern has returned to the Bahamas and taken 5-month-old Danielynn Hope under his care. Stern reportedly sailed from the South Florida coast to the Bahamas Friday aboard the yacht that he and Anna Nicole had been in Florida to purchase prior to her death.
"He was eager to get back to the Bahamas after this tragedy," says friend close to the family.
Upon his arrival, Stern and Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer, Wayne R. Munroe served a lawyer for G. Ben Thompson, a former boyfriend of Smith's and the refuted owner of the home she had been living in, with a court-ordered injunction banning him and his agents from the home until February 26th. Thompson had made a bold move yesterday by having the locks changed on the home.
Smith's attorney claim that items from the house have gone missing since Thompson arrived n the scene including computer hard drives, jewelry and personal items.
