Britney Spears just can't seem to stick to rehab. She has reportedly checked out of the Malibu, Promises, rehab facility after staying just one day. "It was against their advice," says s source. "If she comes back for treatment, Promises will have to assess the situation. Sometimes people come back, but it doesn't look good."
Just last week, she spent the night in Eric Clapton's Crossroads Centre in Antigua but left after just one day.
