Britney Spears had a special visit over the weekend as her children came to visit her at the Promises rehab center in Malibu. Estranged husband Kevin Federline brought their boys, Sean Preston, 17 months, and Jayden, 5 months, visit the troubled singer on Saturday evening.
"The kids are his No. 1 priority and they always have been," a source says. "He's so stressed out right now. He only wants the best for Britney and the kids."
Kederline had previously visited Spears solo on Friday afternoon.
