Britney Spears Back in Rehab

Britney Spears checked back into rehab on Thursday, while a family court hearing over custody of the singer's children was canceled.

Kevin Federline had been scheduled to appear for an emergency hearing in the family courts, but changed his mind when his ex sought treatment.
