Anna Nicole Smith has reportedly died in Florida according to her attorney, Ron Rale.Sources say Smith was rushed to the hospital after being found unresponsive in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla., where she was staying with her fiance Howard K. Stern.
Her 5-month-old daughter, Dannielynn Hope, was not with the couple, but is currently being cared for by a friend in the Bahamas.
On Wednesday, a Los Angeles judge had ordered Smith and her 5-month-old daughter Dannielynn Hope to submit to a DNA test by February 21st.
Update: Larry Birkhead has reportedly filed for an emergency order to be granted custody of Dannielynn by this evening.
