The judge presiding over the Anna Nicole Smith baby dispute has ordered Smith to complete all DNA testing no later than January 23rd.Larry Birkhead, who claims to be the father of Anna Nicole's daughter Dannielynn, filed suit last fall and asked a judge to order Smith and her daughter to undergo DNA testing.
Under the terms of the order released today, Smith and Birkhead can each choose the lab of their choice. Birkhead's lawyer has offered to send representatives of their lab to Anna Nicole's home in the Bahamas to obtain the required DNA samples.
Smith and her fiance, Howard K. Stern, claim that Stern is Dannielynn's father.
