Britney Spears Tops List with Overexposed Pod

Britney Spears is topping another year end list, this time she's at the top of Mr. Blackwell's list of worst dressed celebrities sharing the top spot with Paris Hilton.

The recent BFF were described by Blackwell as "style-free and fashion deprived." He went on to call Spears and Hilton as "two peas in an overexposed pod."

Spears has long been a favorite of Blackwell's appearing on his list for the past six years.

Other celebrity moms appearing on the list include Sharon Stone and Tori Spelling.

Blackwell urged the women on the worst dressed list to emulate "fabulous fashion independents" like Kate Winslet and Angelina Jolie.
