Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have agreed upon a custody arrangement for their sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James - temporarily. The couple has agreed to a custoday agreement for the month of January. Spears will have custody of the boys most of the time with Federline having visitation with the boys three times a week for four hours a day between January 12 - 31. The visits will take place at Spears home.
The agreement also dictates who can be present at the visit to include: Spears, Federline, a nanny, Spears's personal assistant and household staff.
Federline agreed to allow Britney to take the children to Miami from January 5th through 11th as long as she informs K-Fed of their location during the trip.
