A Bahamian Magistrate has ordered an official inquest into the death of Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel. "There are a lot of unanswered questions surrounding Daniel's death that we want to clear up, " says Chief Magistrate Gomez.
During the inquest, a magistrate will investigate where, when and by what manner Daniel Wayne Smith died in Doctors Hospital in Nassau on September 10, 2006.
More than 20 people are included on the witness list and include everyone who was in the room where Daniel died. The inquest will focus on the time leading up to Daniel'd departure from California, his trip to the Bahamas, and the time he spent with his mother at the hospital.
