Edward Furlong: Sons Birth Changed His Life

Growing up a child star in Hollywood is tough. Just ask The Terminator 2: Judgment Day star Edward Fulong.

He says, "I was a nice little kid. Hollywood f**ked me up, man! Lots of money and lots of free coke will turn anyone into a cokehead. I was a heroin and cocaine addict. It was really scary."

Furlong has been sober for four years with a new wife and baby to help keep him on the positive path. The 29-year-old actor is married to Actress Rachael Bella and the couple welcomed son, Ethan Page, earlier this year.

He explains, "The first year of quitting (drugs) is the hardest thing I've ever had to do, physically and mentally."

He admits it has been a tough road, but credits fatherhood with truly changing him. He says, "I did a lot of stuff when I was a kid, and I've never seen anything so trippy as my own kid looking at me. The fact is that I'm holding him in my arms and I'm happy. I think I appreciate what I have even more because I almost lost everything."
