The first of the weekly celebrity magazines is out with their perspective on the Ryan Phillippe and Reese Witherspoon split. US Weekly casts our attention upon the relationship between Ryan and his co-star Abbie Cornish in the upcoming film, Stop Loss. The two were reportedly seen spending time together during the three-month shoot in Texas. Cornish's reps say that any reports of a relations are "not true" and "they are costars and that is it.” Reps for Phillippe and Witherspoon are not commenting.
Locals in August, Texas say that the two were witnessed Phillippe kissing at sushi restaurant Kenichi on October 10th.
The publication goes on to say that Reese was shown pictures of Phillippe with Cornish and that's when things went sour. When she confronted him about the relationship as source says, “Ryan admitted it was true and said, ‘We just need to end this.’ Reese literally had no choice.”
