Reese Witherspoon has officially filed for divorce from Ryan Phillippe, citing irreconcilable differences. The papers were filed Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court. She asks for joint custody of the couple's children, Ava, 7, and Deacon, 3. The actress seeks physical custody of her kids and that Phillippe be given visitation rights. Witherspoon also requests that the court not grant spousal support for Phillippe. This may be a bone of contention as the couple does not have a pre-nuptual agreement.
