Things in the Anna Nicole Smith paternity dispute keep getting more interesting!
Today's accusation from potential dad #1, Larry Birkhead, is that Anna Nicole dyed her daughter's hair for a recent appearance on Entertainment Tonight. His claim is that she dyed her hair to a darker color so that she would look more link potential dad #2, Howard K. Stern. The episode in question is being heavily hyped by the show and will air this Thursday.
"It's horrendous," Birkhead’s attorney Debra Opri said. "We are calling our experts right now to see if dyeing an infant's hair is any way toxic or harmful to a child."
Smith's attorney Ron Rule called the hair-coloring allegations ridiculous.
Anna Nicole is currently hospitalized with pneumonia at the same hospital where she delivered Dannielynn and her son Daniel passed away.
