Chris Robinson has officially filed for divorce from Kate Hudson in Los Angeles. The couple has been separated since August. In his filing, Robinnson is requesting joint legal and physical custody of their son, Ryder, 2, and is not seeking spousal support. Hudson and Robinson were married on New Year's Eve in 2000. After their wedding, Kate took a year off from acting to give their marriage a solid foundation.
