For Britney Spears the news about her divorce may be all about the timing. According to the papers filed, she filed exactly two years and one one month from the date of her official marriage, on Oct. 6, 2004. The prenup agreement apparently includes increases for Kevin Federline for every year of their marriage with a 30-day grace period.
In other news, the revelation may have been a surprise for K-Fed who is busy promoting his new album. Sources have revealed that he found out about the divorce the same way the rest of us did -- when TMZ reported it on their website yesterday afternoon. Federline is reportedly considering whether or not to fight Britney for custody of their two boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
