Madonna's is currently in Malawi on a humanitarian mission for the Raising Malawi organization. Her trip has included visits to several orphanages. She and husband guy Ritchie are helping to build an orphanage and child care center in Malawi to help the children of that country whose parents have died as a result of the Aids epidemic.
