Tobey's Fatherly Instinct Kicks In

Tobey Maguire's baby with Jennifer Meyer isn't due until later this year, but Maguire, 31, is already playing the part of protective dad. On the way to a recent doctor's appointment with Jennifer's doctor, "Tobey was driving very, very carefully – like a grandfather!"

On the way back to the car after the appointment, the couple stopped for a kiss and the galiant Maguire opened the door for his fiance.

"He takes good care of her," the onlooker says.
