Kate Winslet On Doing Nude Scene's After Having Two Kids

Kate Winslet was mortified when she learned she had to do a nude scene in her new movie All The King's Men because she was so self-conscious about her body after having two children.

She explains, "You're beside yourself with terror, not least because it's like someone turning around to you in a restaurant and saying, 'I dare you to put some tap shoes on and dance naked on the table.'

"You'd rather do anything than do that. Every time (I do a nude scene) I say to myself, 'Why am I doing this again? I've had two children. I don't have the belly for this!'"

How does she get in shape for those nude scenes? She says, "For a couple of weeks building up to it I'll lay off booze and bread and be insanely disciplined."
