Hilary Swank may be insisting that she is “not romantically involved” with her newly separated Creative Artists Agency agent, John Campisi, 39, but sightings of the pair are indicating that the two are in fact a couple. The two have been vacationing together in Italy and were spotted kissing on the street.Other recent non-professional outings include dining out in Santa Monica as well as sharing hiking trips, a swimming excursion and even a Beverly Hills shopping day.
In Rome on August 27, following a few days of R&R in Lake Como, the couple’s showed full-on PDA. Whilte strolling to dinner at Checco Il Carretiere, a witness tells Us Weekly, “she grabbed his head in her hands, pulled him close and kissed him sweetly.” He responded by wrapping his arms around her.
Mucking up the new romance is Campisi's estranged wife, Kristin Campisi, back in the United States. The couple have a toddler together and have not filed for divorce.
