Heather Locklear is sporting a new tattoo on her ankle that has the gossipists abuzz. She has added a rose tattoo with the word "Finch" above it. Is it a reference to new boyfriend David Spade's "Just Shoot Me" character or a her new life being "as free as a bird"?
