Celebrity Encounter: Andrew Shue

One of my favorite bloggers, Amy from Amalah had the luck to meet one of my favorite celebrities - Andrew Shue! You may remember Andrew from his starring role as Billy on Melrose Place and as co-founder of the non-profit organization "Do Something".

Since leaving Melrose Place, Andrew has been busy as an entrepreneur and in his non-profit organization. In 1999, hee co-founded ClubMom, Inc., along with his lifelong friend Michael Sanchez, TV Host Meredith Vieira, and a number of other leaders in marketing and media. Their vision was to create an organization that would celebrate and reward moms for all that they do every day. Andrew has utilized his experience as a husband and father of three sons to grow Club Mom into a unique online gathering place for today's parents.

Amy writes an incredibily funny, real-life blog at Amalah that chronicles her life in Washington DC with her Siamese cat Max, excitable purse dog Cieba, her DC Foodie husband Jason, and the very photogenic baby Noah.
