SCRUBS star CHRISTA MILLER is expecting her third child. The 41-year-old actress and husband BILL LAWRENCE have announced their plans to become parents again later this year (06). Miller gave birth to a daughter, CHARLOTTE SARAH, in 2000 and a son, WILLIAM STODDARD, in 2003.
