Lance Armstrong Relaxing in the Caribbean

Cycling champ Lance Armstrong spends some quality time with his three young children on a relaxing sunshine vacation. Armstrong, still reeling from the shock of former lover Sheryl Crow's breast cancer battle, took the youngsters to a luxury hotel in the Caribbean. In his racing days, he often spoke of how much he missed not seeing son Luke, 6, and four-year-old twin girls Grace and Isabelle - by ex-wife Kristin - while he was away competing. Rock star Crow, 44, underwent emergency surgery for breast cancer just weeks after splitting with Armstrong.
