Australian actor Heath Ledger has decided relocate to the US for good after paparazzi squirted him with water pistols during the Australian premiere of "Brokeback Mountain".
According to Contactmusic, Ledger has a home in Brooklyn, New York, and in Bronte, a suburb of Sydney. He has decided that New York is the best place for him to settle down with his girlfriend Michelle Williams and their daughter, Matilda.
He says: "Bronte is scaring me. I don't feel like living there any more. It is a shame, because I obviously love it. You don't want to go with your wife and kids down to the beach and swim when there are 10 people photographing you. It really is awful so... that is keeping me away from Australia."
