Fasion Guru Mr. Blackwell announced his yearly list of the best and worst dressed of 2005, topping the annual list was new mom Britney Spears. Blackwell calls Britney a victim of "Couture Chaos," and gave her the position of the the worst dressed star of 2005. Sneered Blackwell of Spears, claiming the new mom "looks like an over-the-hill Lolita."
Several other moms made the other side of the list. Included in the best dressed list were Reese Witherspoon and Kate Moss.

No surprise to see Britney at the top of the worst dressed list!! She is the epitome of 'no fashion sense'. I don't agree with most of Blackwell's list, but who can fault a man who puts Britney at the top (bottom?) of one like this! She'll certainly never make it onto my hot list.
