Actress Angela Bassett and her husband, "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" star Courtney B. Vance, celebrated the birth of twins last week, the couple's publicist announced Monday. The boy and a girl were delivered through a surrogate mother. Bassett, 47, was a presenter at the 12th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards Sunday night.
