Rachel Weisz Misses the Mark at the 2013 Golden Globes

Rachel Weisz missed the mark in a black gown by Louis Vuitton at the 2013 Golden Globe Awards.  While the top of the gown is gorgeous, the sheer bottom leaves us scratching our heads.
