My Big Fat Greek Wedding star Nia Vardalos and her husband, actor Ian Gomez, have adopted a daughter. The couple revealed that their daughter is a toddler and under five years old. They have not released her name."They are going public now to bring attention to National Adoption Month and the 500,000 children in foster care," says a statement released by Vardalos' rep. "Of these children, 129,000 are 'legally free' for adoption and waiting for a family."
