The latest Britney Spears rumor to hit the internet is the the popstar may be opening the MTV Video Music Awards next month.The singer has been busy working orking on her comeback album after a two-year break and may be planning a surprise performance at the Las Vegas awards cermoney.
A representative for MTV said, "I cannot confirm or deny it."
