The ex-wife of Baywatch star David Hasselhoff is having a really bad month. First she lost sole legal custody of the couple's teenage daughters to Hasselhoff.

Now TMZ reports that an L.A. County Superior Court judge has ordered Bach to turn herself over to authorities in regards to a January misdemeanor hit-and-run charge. Bach has been given one week to surrender.

Bach tells TMZ that the incident is just a misunderstanding: "I have tried to resolve the situation ... you see, now they want to get me booked."

Gabrielle Reece and Laird Hamilton Expecting Second Child

Pro volleyball player Gabrielle Reece and her husband, surfing champion Laird Hamilton have announced that they are expecting their second child.

"I'm a little bit over three months pregnant," Reece said on this morning's Today show.

She will be appearing as a special correspondent for the show and offer women tips on eating healthy and exercising while they're expecting. She sais: "I always say, 'You're not dead and you're not fat, you're just pregnant.' "

Reece and Hamilton have a three-year-old daughter, Viola.

Rift Between Britney Spears and Her Mom Widens

The difficulties between Britney Spears' and her mother Lynne have reportedly deteriorated to the point that Britney has presented her mom with a letter asking her to stay away from her children.

The latest event in the saga occurred yesterday when Britney was photographed presenting her mother with papers outside a trailer in Valencia, CA. She then walked away leaving her mother sitting on the steps. Lynne is reportedly "brokenhearted" over the current status of their relationship.

TMZ has reported that the papers Spears handed her mother was a letter from an out-of-state lawyer. The reportedly asks that Lynne stay away from Spears's sons Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James, 9 months, if she is taking any medications that might cause her to be impaired.

Kristy Swanson Declares Herself "Not a Homewrecker"

Kristy Swanson has been a little busy for the last year and a half. First she signed up for the reality series Skating with Celebrities then she started a relationship with her skating partner Lloyd Eisler who left his then-wife, Marcia O'Brien, for the actress when O'Brien was eight months pregnant.

Shortly thereafter the new couple announced they were expecting a baby and son, Magnus, was born earlier this year. Finally, Swanson Swanson was arrested earlier this month for allegedly assaulting O'Brien during a visit with Eisler to his sons Ethan, 3, and Seth, 18 months. Swanson has since filed a counter-assault claim against O'Brien.

In this week's People, Swanson tells her side of the story and talks about her new role as weight loss spokesperson for Medifast.

Here are some of the highlights:

On her relationship with Eisler:
"I'm not a homewrecker," Swanson says. "Lloyd and Marcia were separated before I ever met him; I did not break up the marriage." Eisler adds: "After the show was over it hit me, 'Wow, that person had a drastic effect on me!' Changes had to be made – and I chose to make them."

On her altercation with O'Brien: "She attacked me, and I am confident that after the investigation is complete, the truth will come out," says Swanson.

On gaining weight:
At the start of her relationship with Eisler, "I stopped skating and we were eating all of these wonderful antipasti with cheese and crackers," says Swanson. She recently signed a six-month, six-figure ad-campaign deal with Medifast to help her lose 30 lbs. "I know the longer I wait," she says, "the harder it will be."

Pregnant actress Milla Jovovich is enjoying her pregnancy so far and is finding some humor in her mom's reaction to her unborn daughter. Jovovich is expecting her fist child with director fiancé Paul W.S. Anderson in November.

Jovovich writes on her website, "I can feel her moving. That feeling is like nothing else in the world. I truly understand now how motherhood changes woment. To imagine that little body formin, to see her in my mind nestled inside me floating in her own little self-contained eco sphere makes me feel so special. Like I know some incredible secret about life that has always eluded me in the past. My little tiny baby just right there, no matter what I do or where I go, she is always right there and now I can feel her."

"I can't help but start dreaming about our future together and all the things I want to show her. I want to be there for her whenever she needs me, I want to take her all over the world and show her all the amazing places through my eyes, especially Mongolia, Peru, Nepal, places that will give her a totally different view of reality. I want her to be in yoga and martial classes from birth! I don't ever want her to know what being stiff feels like! I want to take her up into the mountains in the snow, I want her to climb pyramids and love this earth, so she can help the next generation preserve it. I want to take her to see the African national parks, show her how special this work is. How special she is to be alive in this world. I feel that once I see her, my own reality will come to a grinding halt and everything will just fall into perspective..."

She also writes about her mom's excitement to meet her granddaughter: "(My mom) feels like because my daughter will be born a Scorpio, that they are soul mates and she will be my mom's ally. She's convinced that her granddaughter will be exactly like her. It's so hilarious because of course she's implying that I am not.

"Thank goodness! She already wrote the baby a letter telling her what an incredible connection they have and how alike they are, a little wishful thinking, huh? It's too cute. I told her I was kind of jealous, I mean she never wrote me such a sweet and thoughtful letter!"

It's time for some changes around here! I've found myself increasingly bored with the look of my site and I'm planning on creating new templates for both Celebrity Moms and The Stylish Child.

The Spice Girls Return to Their Girl Power Roots

It's official: The Spice Girls are heading out on a 11-show world tour this winter.

The tour will coincide with the release of their greatest-hits album. The tour will start on December 7 in Los Angeles and make stops in Las Vegas, New York City, London, Cologne, Madrid, Beijing, Hong Kong, Sydney, Capetown and Buenos Aires.

"We are celebrating the past!" says Geri Halliwell (aka "Ginger Spice). She was joined at the announcement with feloow Spice Girls Victoria "Posh" Beckham, Melanie "Scary" Brown, Emma "Baby" Bunton and Melanie "Sporty" Chisholm.

"I want to be a Spice Girl again," said Bunton. "We are like sisters and we have our arguments, but by the end of the day we get back together."

The tour "will be a proper good farewell to our fans," said Chisholm.

"We are going to celebrate the past, do a small tour and that will probably be it," said Beckham. "Our priority is our families."

Family is a definite focus fr all the Spice Girls: Brown has two daughters, Phoenix Chi, 8, and Angel Iris, 2 months; Halliwell has a baby daughter, Bluebell Madonna, 1; Beckham has three sons, Brooklyn, 8, Romeo, 4, and Cruz, 2; and Bunton is expecting her first child in August.

Jaime Pressly Has Been Getting to Be a Mom Her Whole Life

My Name Is Earl star Jaime Pressly says she's been getting ready to be a mom all of her life. Her son Dezi James was born May 11th.

"I used to rock my Cabbage Patch dolls to sleep every night when I was little," says Pressly. "It's all I've ever wanted to do."

She does admit that being a new dad has been a bit of a learning process for her fiancé DJ Eric Cubiche.

"He never even changed a diaper before, but he's a quick learner," says Pressly. "He has my coloring but Eric's nose and cheeks. And of course we think he's a genius."

Pressly is enjoying as much time as she can with 7-week-old Dezy before she has to head back to work on Earl in August. "I know it's going to be hard," she says. "If I just go to the gym or the office for a couple of hours I miss him. Going to work will be tough."

"We are both head over heals in love with him," she says. "We're constantly playing with him. ...He's just a joy. Smiling and easygoing. I guess that means the next will be a devil."

The couple is already thinking about the next baby. When asked if they are going to have another child, she responds: "We hope so."

Usher and Tameka Foster Expecting Baby!

Just a week after Usher's fiance, Tameka Foster, said that babies could be in their future, he has announced that they are expecting their first child later this fall.

"We are extremely excited at this point in our lives planning our wedding and the joy that comes with expecting our first child together," the couple said in a statement. "We hope people will be happy for us and respect our privacy during this happy period in our lives."

Usher and Foster have been involved for a year and a half.

"What people don't realize is that Usher and I were friends for nearly seven years and I worked as his personal stylist for five years. I was the only female friend he felt he could talk to," she recently told Esscence.com.

At the time of the interview Foster revealed her plans to have children with the star saying: "Yes, I do plan to have children with Usher. This is the man I love and plan to spend the rest of my life with, so why wouldn't I want to share that bond of bringing another life into this world with him?"

"She plays and is sociable but when she gets home from school, she goes to her desk and does homework. I keep telling her, 'You don't have to study.' "

Giving birth can have some wild emotional swings -- some women cry, others laugh.

Angelina Jolie found herself laughing her way though baby Shiloh's birth and Brad Pitt has some home video footage to prove it. The actress admits she couldn't stop laughing as medics performed the Caesarian surgery prior to baby daughter Shiloh's birth, and partner Brad Pitt caught her hysterics on film.

She says, "They were trying to put the IV in me, and I began laughing so hard, with tears rolling down my face. I was out of my mind." And the hysterics didn't end there - Jolie kept laughing as she breast fed her baby daughter for the first time 30 minutes later.

She adds, "I was on the phone with my mom, who was also in the hospital. We were laughing because we were both under the same assumed name, and we both had been given a dose of morphine."

CNN's Nancy Grace Expecting Twins!

CNN's Nancy Grace has quietly gotten maried and is currently expecting twins

Grace tells the NY Post that she and investment banker David Linch, were secretly married in April in a small, private ceremony in Macon, Ga.

Grace says: "I never thought it would happen like this. I thought 'mother' and 'wife' was just not part of God's plan for me."

The babies are due in January.

The anchor is expected to officially the news on tonight's edition of her CNN Headline News show.

WWE's Chris Benoit Kills Wife and Son

In extremely tragic news, the Fayette County Sheriff's department announced today that WWE star Chris Benoit killed his wife Nancy and their 7-yea-old son Daniel. Both were killed by asphyxiatin.

According to the District Attorney, Nancy was bound in a home office and likely killed Friday night. Daniel was found in his bedroom and most likely killed on Saturday.

Sometime on Saturday or Sunday Beloit killed himself by hanging himself in the home's basement.

"We are currently treating this as a double homicide-suicide," said the Sheriff's department spokesperson.

As far as a motive is concerned, none has been uncovered so far, but the district attoney said: "When you're talking about the death of a 7-year-old boy, what motive could there be?"

Benoit has two other children from a previous relationship.

Despite making a high profile run for the job, Rosie O'Donnell says that she will not be replacing Bob Barker as host of The Price is Right.

In a video posted on her Web site, O'Donnell responds to a fan's e-mail asking: "Why is it such a problem that The Price Is Right shoots in L.A? A lot of people move their families because of a new job."

O'Donnell responds: "Here's the thing. I don't really need a job. I'm in a weird position. I don't need the money.

"I know you're not allowed to talk about money in America," she continues, "But I'm just saying I don't. So to get my entire family uprooted from their lives and move them across the country so that I can have a fantasy childhood indulgence job just doesn't seem fair."

O'Donnell, 45, and wife Kelli, 40, live outside New York City with sons Parker, 12, and Blake, 7, and daughters Chelsea, 9, and Vivi, 4.

"They all are in school, they have friends, we love their school, we love our community, our house, our life, our home," O'Donnell says of her family. "If they were able to do it in New York it would be a different story. But it looks like it ain't gonna happen."

NBC's Campbell Brown Expecting!

Weekend Today co-anchor Campbell Brown and her husband, Dan Senor, are expectint their first child! Brown announced her pregnancy on yesterday's edition of the show.

Brown did not disclose her a due date, but did admit that she's already suffering from morning sickness and is eager to learn the gender of her baby.

"I want to go shopping now," she said, according to the New York Post.

Tiger Woods Shows Off His Daughter

Tiger Woods has released photos of his one-week-old daughter Sam Alexis Woods on his official website.

In the photos, baby Sam is seen with her dad, mom Elin Nordegren, and the family dogs Taz, a border collie, and Yogi, a labradoodle.

"This is truly a special time in our lives and we look forward to introducing Sam to our family and friends over the next few weeks," says woods on the site when he announced Sam's birth.

This is the couple's first child.
